More Old Pics

Young and sweet.
Circus fun.
Dressing up as the clowns that we naturally are.
Sweeter than that cotton candy beside her.
First ear piercing.

Still trying to make this all work

I don't know what to say.

I upload my pictures to the computer.

I file them into the correct "photo album".

I go to download them into a blog post and they are not available to me.

So, I promise I am not slacking. On the contrary...I'm working too hard to get this to work.

I found some older pictures you can enjoy and just to keep you up to date, we've started back to school in a small way. Both of the big kids have wanted to get into their Math book as soon as they learned I had it. I had wanted Bubbles practicing her typing in addition to a Geography computer game. Prez has been reading like crazy and it is lots of fun to witness him reading signs and products throughout the day. He can really feel our excitement for him.

My aunt and uncle also brought over a super cool baseball ceiling fan for Prez's room and that got me busy with designs for a new room. I can't wait until Hubby gets started on it all. We also had the opportunity to celebrate my cousin's new baby (due in Oct.) with a fabulously FUN baby shower.

Last, but not least, we were surprised by a visit from my mom's friend's daughter, who used to babysit me, and her beautiful family. They were vacationing and phoned us up. It was AWESOME.

We have returned!

I could tell you that we've been on vacation on a remote island far, far away from computer access, but that would be a lie. Instead, I have consistently overbooked our days and warmly welcomed all friends and families until each and every moment (that wasn't spent sleeping) was, well, SPENT. So, after a few phone calls from concerned loved ones, (you guys are too sweet) we are back.

I will say, without exaggeration, that my camera and my computer are both acting up and the pictures I spent an hour downloading today are not showing up now. So, instead of several different posts explaining our happenings, I'm just going to stick a bunch of pictures up and let you get your fill.

I might add that so far this summer, we have had:
one week long Catholic camp
two separate week long tennis camps (for both big kids)
two weeks of swimming lessons (for Prez)
one week of art camp (for Bubbles)
one week of watering plants for our neighbors--trying to keep things alive in 105 degree weather
one and half weeks of babysitting the granddaughters of the neighbor across the street
various projects, company, and church functions.

This is what I mean about CRAZY! Yes, I did it to myself and No, it will not happen again. ;)

Prez's Father's Day gift to Hubby. Love the "old" photo he chose.

Bubble's gift to Hubby. A desk calendar for 31 days.

A tired Hubby on Father's Day with Prez, an endless and vast source of energy.
