Ringin' in the New Year

The day before New Year's Eve, I received a surprise email from a far away, dear friend wanting to come visit. So, instead of shooting fireworks to welcome the New Year....we shot arrows! :)

Probably could never shoot a moving target, but that barn she grazed really raised her confidence. Just Kidding, girl!
Here is Sweetness being entertained by Mia while the other party goers decided to work off a few holiday pounds.

Everyone's open, but perhaps we have a ball hog on the team??? Nah.
Me and Bernadine during a friendly game of mini golf where only a few tempers were lost, a few clubs broken, and a few teeth were knocked out. (Whatever)
Finally, no afternoon is complete without a family game of shuffleboard. Who won, you ask? The parents, who got to sit down and catch their breath from basketball. :)

All in all, it was a wonderful day of food, fun, and fellowship. We love you guys!
